If you want to return an item because it has been damaged in transit or it is faulty in some way we will happily replace it or refund you.

If the product is just not quite what you were looking for we do ask you to pay the postage to return it to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post the new item back to you.

Returns must be within 28 days of purchase.

We apologise, but for hygiene reasons toilet aids and incontinence products can not be refunded.
